Prices

The shipping rates are flat rates: in the same order, you pay only once the shipping costs even if you order several items. The shipping costs of the following items (within the same order) are therefore offered.

France métropolitaine: Flat rate of 1,2 €

Europe: Flat rate 3,3 €

United States: Flat rate 3,3 €

Shipping

Delivery is made by post: green letter in France, followed letter in Europe and the United States.

The Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer on the order form.

 Product are shipped Monday to Friday, except public holidays.

DéTransport time

Transport times are estimated between 2 to 5 working days for shipment to mainland France and Europe. For the United States, the indicative time is 4 to 6 days.

Returns

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a right of withdrawal which he can exercise within 14 days of receipt of his order. 

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.  

To return a product, the customer sends an email via the contact form and sends (at his own expense) the intact product with the following address:
